Today is just 21 days post Jake’s amputation surgery. His Ruffware harness arrived today! I got home late from work and it was already getting dark… but Jake just had to pose in his new harness!
It fits perfectly… and it doesn’t seem to bother his incision.
Even Wolfie thinks it’s cool! Oh no! Does he want one too… ??!!
All that posing made Jake tired… time for some lovin’ from his mommy…

He looks great! I’m so glad to see he’s doing so well. Toby got his harness last week too – just like Jake’s. He wore it today to the vet – very cool! Also glad to hear he’s doing so well in the pool. That’s very encouraging! We haven’t gotten in the pool yet. Toby’s not that great of a swimmer anyway so we better wait for the float coat.
I left a reply somewhere esle (I’m Blog challenged) so here’s one for this post. Jake looks awesome in his harness. Polo’s arrived yesterday. His stitches come out next Tuesday so we’ll see what we can do with it. Polo started taking small walks a couple of days ago–I’m sure the harness will help. Jake looks happy.
